Procurement
Our mission is to conduct the purchasing function in a manner which results in obtaining the most efficient and effective use of district funds. The conduct of our office will be accomplished in accordance with ethical practices of the purchasing profession. Activities and procedures of the Procurement Department are regulated by and must comply with the School District of Pickens County Procurement Code, policies of the board of trustees, all applicable state laws, and regulations of the South Carolina Office of General Services.
