Applying for Administrative and Certified Positions
To be considered for employment, each administrative and certified applicant must complete two applications: a state application and a district application.
To complete a state application
Submit an application on CERRA's South Carolina Educator Employment and Certification Application System.
Submit three online reference forms.
To complete a district application
Create a profile in SchoolRecruiter.
Review open positions and apply online.
To be considered for an opening, each applicant will complete a district interview with the SDPC Executive Director of Human Resource Services or his/her designee. An applicant who has not completed a district interview will receive an email invitation with instructions for scheduling the district interview during the time a vacancy is open.
Please do not contact principals or schools to apply for certified positions. Principals will contact potential candidates for school level interviews.
