
Today we restored a tradition that had paused since Covid. We honored former retirees from DES and DMS at our annual Dacusville Retiree Luncheon. It was great seeing so many who laid a strong foundation for the Dacusville community. #dacusvillegrown







Mrs. Lyons and Mrs. Owens’ 3rd graders are buzzing with excitement. We had guest speakers Mr. & Mrs. Clark and they brought their honey bees.

Today third graders engaged in all their skills for bubble 🫧 gum/bubble day. We were bubbling over with fun for learning!






3k had a glow day and even had a special guest!! Look through and see if you can find him!
The students had such a fun time shining bright with there neon colors.

Miss Cummings’ 4K class released their butterflies today! We ended up having 9 caterpillars transform into butterflies! The kids have patiently enjoyed watching them go through their life cycle and discussing the changes we saw along the way.🦋

GT students researched summer Olympics, including locations and events. Students were then challenged to create a mini version of an event using basic classroom supplies. Then, they participated in the mini Summer Olympics, DES style. Needless to say, they had a blast! Make sure you catch some of the 2024 Summer Olympics, Paris, France.
