Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026 (when we return from Christmas Break), Central Academy of the Arts will use an adjusted traffic pattern due to upcoming construction on campus.
The School District of Pickens County is implementing this change to keep traffic moving smoothly and to support student and staff safety while construction is underway. Please review the summary below and the map for details.
What’s changing (effective Jan. 6, 2026):
The front parking lot and front loop will be closed for construction.
All car traffic will use the side loop (current bus loop) for arrival and dismissal.
Dismissal only: there will be two lanes of traffic in this car loop.
If you need to enter the building during the school day: please park in the gravel lot and enter through the main entrance.
