Information for Businesses:
Registration is required for businesses to attend. Deadline is Thursday, May 5.
The job fair is for SDPC students who are rising juniors and rising seniors.
The positions can last longer then during the summertime.
Arrive between 4:00 - 4:30 to sign-in and prepare your table. Please bring your own table and recruiting information.
Be prepared to deliver a five-minute verbal presentation in front of the student candidates at 5:00 pm. It is suggested that you tell the students about your business, what positions you have available, and any particular requirements you have.
After everyone's presentations, you'll go to your table where students will come visit with you. You can set-up interviews with the students to occur that night or at a later date.
Businesses who hire students should contact Anna Esuary. With your assistance, they will need to complete a Work-Based Learning Training Agreement & Evaluation.
Businesses who want to post an internship, co-op, and/or job on the internal, district-wide SDPC WBL Student Job List should use the WBL Student Job List | Business Entry to provide the information needed to be posted. This will provide greater visibility to the positions available.
